The family therapist provides clinical and life domain assessment, diagnosis and clinical therapeutic services to individuals and families.  The therapist provides services at various sites within the community (i.e. AYR office, EYFRC, School, family homes, etc.).  The therapist uses a systemic approach to therapeutic services.

Shelter Monitor

Auburn Youth Resources’ Arcadia Young Adult Shelter serves young adults (ages 18-24) who are experiencing homelessness. The shelter provides a safe, indoor space for young adults to spend the night. The Shelter Monitor works overnight shifts and ensures a safe environment for young adults overnight by monitoring the behaviors and interactions of program participants.

Community Advocate

The Community Advocate provides support and case management services to youth ages 12-24 that is at-risk or identified as being sexually exploited and is part of a prevention and advocacy team with a regional response network.  Responsibilities include engagement with youth, developing safety and harm reduction strategies, providing support services for emotional and physical needs and conducting risk assessments.
